Finally tracked down the original version of Robert “I WILL NOT FREEBASE COCAINE” Howell from The Sylvan Brothers Comedy Hour which aired on Nashvillle Community Access TV in the mid- to late-Eighties.
If you’ve seen the black and white version of “I WILL NOT FREEBASE COCAINE,” you now get to see the original version and enjoy the interplay between Shane Caldwell (freebaser) and Howard Cox (“Lance Russell”).
